I formed an LLC through Legalzoom in 2008 and dissolved it two years ago, yet I still keep getting charged by National Registered Agents for services for a company that doesn't exist. Legalzoom doesn't tell you that you are being signed up for this service, and when I called to cancel I was told I had to submit it in writing, but still has to pay. Nice way to rip people off. I am not paying a cent. My company has been dissolved for two years, so no services were rendered. I will never use Legalzoom for anything again and I suggest others to stay away as welll.
