I would try to find another lawyer before using her, even if the other lawyer charges more. She does not operate in a timely manner nor does she follow through completely with the job you are paying her for. They will play the "I sent you an email" waiting game. Will you get your bankruptcy eventually, sure. BUT, if you have any issues with the company that you included in your bankruptcy, don't count on her to take care of it. Your response will be..."why don't you call them or send them a copy of the filing". This is supposed to be part of the service you pay a lawyer for... Otherwise, why not do the filing yourself, then you are only paying the court fees. Not the court fees the her fee (her advertisement only speaks of HER fees and neglects to say that you also have to pay the court fees on top of it so it's kind of a bate and switch cause most people would expect to go in and pay only the fee she lists in her advertising). Pay close attention to the other negative feedback... Don't brush it off like I did. You want someone that will follow through with ALL that is involve in your bankruptcy.
