This Attorney unethically took my Bankruptcy filing fees and will not return it! I was unable to file Bankruptcy Due to something legal that the attorney neglected to verify Ive done my research and they should have checked all facts I what I disclosed it to them and asked if I was ok to file!!! They took my case on and they were fully aware of my situation! You would think An Atty. Is supposed to know to what criteria to check before they take my case and payment of filing fees! Licker law firm refuses to refund fees for a filing that never occurred! So people beware and make sure you have a thorough knowledgable Atty. Who knows about Bankruptcy eligibility BEFORE you pay FiLING fees now I'm out $1100 next I am reporting them to the bar or whomever can help me! I'm on a fixed income this is so cruel to take advantage of people they are supposed to be bound to fair practices and upholding the law!
