Glasscity is scamming - bong/stem

I hate this place
i ordered 500006221# and got my items but the bong/stem was broken and the stem woundt even fit in the bong... So i send pics and told em about my situatuion... Its been over a month now no reshipments or anything as they promised... I quote never buy at this place!!!
