Ocwen forced me into Bankruptcy after giving me an unrealistic forbearance plan, with many hassling phone calls at work and borrowing lots of money from family members I was still unable to pay all the late fees, attorney fees, interest etc. I ended up filing bankruptcy just to keep my house. My life has been HELL with these people and now I can't find anyone who will re-finance because of the bankruptcy. So I'm stuck with them and they are still jacking up my house paymentssaying I owe for months that the bankruptcy court was paying. This thing is a mess!
