I requested a mantel clock on 1/15, and also have not obtained my time or a return. The very first handful of instances when I named the client support, the consultant offered me reasons like "We Will send it next Mon" or "It Is back-ordered". Today, the answering machine accumulates the phone call stating, "We Will return your call-in a few times should you abandon your title and telephone number." Their site appears genuine and appealing with many selections of lamps, but-don't fall for this. After all of the communications and initiatives to speak, personally I think that I'll not obtain my time or a return. Are you able to help with this issue?
