I ordered a clock on August 27th, which never came. I called two times and left voice messages, but nobody called back. I also emailed on September 15th and September 20th. Again no reply. So I called my credit card and requested a refund. On October 21st I received email from clocksmall.com saying that my order was shipped. However when I tracked the shipment it showed that package was requested to return halfway.
