I registered for that Combine Windstream pack of 12 mbps internet, telephone, and MEAL America's Leading 120 for 54.99 per month. Because the first statement came I've been billed around 90-115 bucks per month. Everytime I contact they attempt to inform me the costs are fees. Well, I'm sorry, but fees don't equal an additional 40-60 bucks per month put into your statement. They're liars! After I registered I requested the client support man atleast 3 times to estimate THE SUM TOTAL cost in my experience and he kept showing me it had been 54.99 plus fees. I inquired basically might have some "PHANTOM" costs on the website and he advised me the one thing additional I'd notice were fees. Well, this month I obtained a statement for 230 bucks. I approached them-and 115 bucks was acknowledged to my consideration simply because they were wrong costs. This doesn't clarify, nevertheless; why I still owe a statement of 116.18. Like I stated at first, my statement must JUST be 54.99 per month. They falsely promote their Combine packages. I EXTREMELY regret making Time-Warner Cable, who I had been with for over five decades AND NOT had actually one payment problem.
