I signed up for the $54.99 bundle which includes internet, phone, and tv. I was promised, several times, by each sales representative I spoke with that after taxes and fees my bill would be no more than around $60-65 per month. I received my first bill which was $42, I was told I was credited for being a new customer. Today I receive my second bill and it is $160!!! I called and spoke with several different reps, who explained all of the ridiculous charges and taxes I NEVER signe up for. $25 in crazy taxes? If I would have known that this company lies and misleads their customers in this manner, I would have never ever signed up with them. They are dishonest and your bundle will most likely be 2-3 times higher each month than what you signed up for. I even asked for all of the taxes and fees and what is would be each month because I wanted to know all of the hidden fees, I was told again $60 per month with taxes and fees. So how in the world does this happen??? Worst company ever!!!
