Ripoff did not honor 6 months same as cash rebate

When I bought my computer from Dell in Jan '04, they talked me into using 6 months same as cash. The computer arrived without the rebate form. They said it would be sent when I paid off the computer. It never came so I sent in one from their website. They rejected it because it was past 30 days.
