I got my package of stuff, and will give them partial credit that most of it was correct. But they sent the wrong costume for my son. We paid quite a bit for the one he wanted and they sent us some cheap version of it, not even close to what was in the photo.
I send 5 emails and called for 2 hours straight! All phones were busy or had full voicemail. I never heard from them and am stuck with a costume I don't want and now my son can't be what he wanted to be for Halloween due to their mess-up. They sure didn't have a problem charging my card for the merchadise, but it seems as though customer service is not a priority for this company! I would NEVER use them ever again and strongly urge others to go elsewhere for this service!!
