I paid for a costume on 10/7/03 and they debited my credit card on that day also. Have sent numerous emails because it was suppose to be delivered in 5 business days which i paid for. They sent me an email after my 3rd nasty one to them that they were under staffed and they received an overwhelming response to their website. So they were filling out each order by hand ok so here it is the day before halloween and my kid has no costume. And no one has responded to my emails.
