Total Ripoff! Never received my costume and I've sent 5 emails!

I ordered my costume on 10/02. That was 3 weeks ago. I've emailed asking what is going on the item said it was in stock.

Now I don't see it at all on the website. No response to any emails but now the website says 24 hours on shipping halloween costumes. Where is my costume!?
