I ordered a witch costume on 9-29-02 for halloween, Funshop.com sent me the wrong costume (a juliet) I call the company and they told me they would take care of it and ship me the right costume immediately, I bounced a check the next week as they charged my credit card a second time for the costume with out my permission, I called them again and was informed this is how they do business, they do not issue return postage and they will credit my debit card when they recieve the costume for the costume and postage, I sent both costumes back as the party had come before the correct costume.
I had a return reciept requested on the box, then I recieved the box back with REFUSED, return to sender writted on the box. I called a 3rd time this time I spoke with Brian who stated that I might as well get an attorny they would not pay for the costumes or the postage. So I am out 65.88 for the costumes, 25.00 for the returned check, 8.65 for postage 15.00 for 3 long distance phone calls totaling 114.53
