On 12/5/10, I placed an order for TC258269, Deep Coffee Snow Sneakers, Size 9 1/2.
Immediately after I received the order confirmation for the Snow Sneakers, I forwarded the email to [email protected] with a request to cancel the order.
I did not hear anything back from this emailed cancellation request. (From here on out, things just got more convoluted, but I will save that for another Support Ticket.)
When I did an online chat with a customer service rep on 12/20/10, she stated that, "That is great that you have them [ the sent email to cancel order] in your Sent file. It doesn't change
The fact that we never received the email to cancel."
I could maybe understand this being a one-time problem, but I also sent a complaint regarding my whole situation to [email protected] on 12/20/10, and over 12 hours later, have heard nothing in return. Does this mean that they never received this email, either?
Could be a problem on Gmail's end. Could be a problem on LL Bean's end. I have no way to know, but it does leave me suspicious, and plenty frustrated as well.
