It has now been 30 days since I requested cancellation of a site that was built. To my liking it was poorly done and I requested cancellation.
I have sent request after request and I still do not have my refund. I do not appreciate the fact that It is taking this long.

There was a 30 day guarantee and I filed request request before 30 days were up. The exact amount I cannot locate my email. I have low vision and today is not a good day for me. They have all the info with the support ticket is submited.

I have corresponded with Adam R but he seems to be taking his time. Your company should not hold on to clients money that long. Please
