I bought a cell phone from this company, after a week the screen had a long line from top to bottom

I purchased a mobile phone out of this organization, following a week the display had an extended point from top-to-bottom. I approached them-and they need me to cover shipping it back again to china. I approached USPS and DHL. It charges $70 to $110 to to deliver it back again to china. Poor telephone plus they do not stay behind it. I expected to get a discount on another telephone in the place of delivering this back. They declined.
