On the 15th of August, I ordered a computer part from amamax, on-line, having found their shop through yahoo shopping. The credit card was billed soon after and the part arrived on the 23rd. The packaging was very bad, but I had already realized my error in that I had ordered the wrong part number. (256mbyte instead of 128mbyte that I required). So, without using the product, I requested an RMA on the 24th, which was granted on the 3rd of September. I returned the product (better packaged) immediately.
I heard nothing, so email (phone calls are never answered) on October 4th about the status of my RMA (16034). On the 7th of October a reply came back to say it had been returned on the 29th of septemeber.
Nothing has arrived. No request for tracking information has been replied too. No phone call returned. The last I heard was today that I am supposed to call on 9am (central) on Tuesday.
I do not think that I will ever get my part, so I am hoping that I can get my money back. I will also be writing to my credit card company this weekend, but I am wondering if you can help?
