I ordered a battery charger/tender for my car from Pacific Battery in October. They charged my AMEX on October 30. I didn't receive any product and there was no tracking information available (they have a customer order tracking feature on their website). I emailed them from their website (there is NO email contact info listed and they discourage any phone calls on the website). I was told in an email respone that there had been an "error" and the product I ordered couldn't be shipped until November 11. They offered an alternative product and I accepted that. Now it is November 13 and I still have no product, no tracking information and now no response to my web-based email AND I ignored their request to not phone and phoned them. Phone was answered by a machine and I have no response. I have notified AMEX to dispute the charge.
I searched here on usacomplaints.com and found another recent (September 30) complaint.
