On 08/05 I ordered:

(digital chart for a GPS)
I paid $386.95 by credit card.
Over the next few weeks they sent me the wrong product twice. (part: 010C006400)
Each time I returned the product to factoryoutletstore.
Today (09/27) after not hearing anything for a few weeks I called their 800 number (1-800-816-0810). I was told a) the product is no longer available and b) they had credited my credit card account.
I checked the web site and found the product still there and marked "In Stock". The current price is $479.95.
I also checked my credit card account and found they had credited it with $314.46
This means I am out $72.49 through no fault of mine not to mention the cost of returning two incorrect shipments.
Needless to say I am a very unhappy customer.
