I called tonight because I had no tv service. I spent fifty (50) on hold before I decided to take the recordings suggestion and press one to leave a message. Well, their voicemail was full and could not take a message. So, here I sit with no tv. Their service is horrible... Their customer service department is even worse. Our buiding is currently being wired for FIOS and I will run... No sprint... To change to them once available.
