Getsupportsite.com charged for a year membership I did not approve. I did pay only for trial which was a bad experience

I was looking for a car manual. I found this website offering was I was looking for. I paid for the free trial.

It was 3.98 USD. After payment it was impossible to find the manual I was looking for. They offer lot of things, Net Flix, EEbooks, etc. Unable to find the manual. For anything I would need, has to be paid in advance.

So a was not interested in this website. I did not authorize to be charged for the annual fee. However they charme for 69.95 USD. I have my CC blocked and probably cancelled if I can not get the money back.

I did google this company, and the history for this "business" is very dissapointing. The whole word has complaints about downloadprovider. Me or getsupportsite.com.

There should be a way to stop this company from taking people's money.
