This company charged my checking account $96 without any authorization from me. I spoke with a woman named Renee who repeatedly tried to sell me on their coupon discount program. I stated 4 times that I wanted a refund and she finally got the idea when I asked her if I needed to involve both my bank and the better business bureau. She gave me a confirmation number and told me my refund would be credited within 2 business days.
