Ordered computer case from company. Company charge my credit card and shipped WRONG case. When I called them they said they were sorry that they made a mistake and would send another case but I would have to pay for it. As soon as the wong case was returned to them they would give me my money back for the first case plus shipping not to exceed $15.00.
I shipped the case back to them and received the second shipment with the correct case but have not received a credit for the original case and shipping. I have emailed and tried to call. Their phone has been disconnected, email comes back undelivered and I cannot connect to their web site.in addition they had a EBAY Store on EBAY and when you attempt to view the store it indicates the store has been closed.
