I ordered a free trial size of face cream, and cancelled by phone so that I wouldn't receive any further mailings. Two months later, I get a charge on my Visa for a mailing of further merchandise that I did not order/receive and because I can't give them an order ID from something I didn't get, they can't research this and cannot refund my money.
Fortunately, my credit card company is refunding the money to my account but I'll never order anything from this "company" again.
