This is a 3rd world junk mfg that will even insult it's customers. I purchased a spectroscope in august through ebay from them. They sent in a cheap case and not in the red velvet case they described and showed in the ad. I wrote them about this and they said they would send the right case. This they did and I left Neutral feedback for the transaction stating that the seller sent wrong case but fixed the situation. The following day I received a email from them saying that they made the wavelength scale wrong and would send out new replacements if those that bought would return the junk they had sent at the cost of $40 buyers expense. I regretfully agreed. I then received another email from JOEY their ebay jerk telling me that because I had left neutral feedback they would not fix the problem. I filled a paypal case, still waiting for my money back as shipping the return to india takes forever, nov 4th today. AVOID these JUNK SELLERS spend the little extra get quality you can trust and don't waste your time and resources with these theives. I am a graduate gemmologist and have all the documentation to back this statement and my review, ask and I will be happy to provide it as proof. If they were in North America I would sue them. Don't waste your money with them. You have been warned. They have a ton of negative feedback on ebay, leave horrible retalitory feedback to buyers as well. They trade there as microscopesind on ebay.
