After leaving computer to have programs downloaded onto a cd I was told the computer needed numerous other parts and repairs when I knew better by my previous tech and my experience with the computer. She kept delaying the return of the computer back to me for a month and a half and then attempted to charge me for work not done. My memory was substituted with a inferior unit and my hard drive was less too.
