We had bought a hard drive about a year ago. It broke and we had to exchange it. We received another hard drive but it was a different make and model so it was not compatible with our computer and we had to return it.
I received an RMA number from the sales consultant and returned the product for a second time. Two weeks later I called them and was told that the hard drive will be shipped the next week. A week later I called again and was told the same thing. This continued a couple of time with different excuses, such as it is out of stock and it will be shipped soon.
I called back on September 24th to find that the web page was down and the phone was cut. I would like to know what actions are necessary to get our money back and compensation for lost data.
