The reason for this message is simple: DON'T BUY FROM KIDZ-STUFF!
ITEM #8123372116 I had such an unpleasant experience with these individuals; I felt the need to communicate my displeasure with other, more honest Ebay users.
In early August, I bid on and won an item from the above mentioned user, paid for it promptly (paid extra for speedy shipping), and waited patiently for my coveted package. Shipping stated I would have my package in two weeks.
To make a long story short, four weeks went by with no delivery. After contacting seller, and listening to their excuses, the item was out of stock (and had been), but more were expected this week, although this was not certain. I requested a refund, and was assured it would be taken care of. Several days passed with no refund to my credit card. I contacted said seller once again. Apparently, they said they did not have sufficient funds in PayPal account to issue a refund. I am currently trying to reverse the charge on my credit card.
Lets review the case; I won an item, paid for it, never got it, and they no longer had my money. To top it all off, they left ME negative feedback saying I refused the item (and called me a newbie, but I'll let that one slide)! I'll think twice before I do business again with frauds and cheats!
Not only have I left negative feedback, I have also file numerous complaints with Ebay, with little or no response. I am currently in the process of contacting the Oregon Distict Attorney's Office.
