On 6/24, I won and paid for an item from eBay Seller: fandimo.
After waiting over 2 weeks for the item, I filed a non-receipt inquiry with PayPal on 7/8.
On 7/12, the seller finally contacted me & stated that they "sent [me] the package on 6/25 via DHL, " and that on 7/12 they received the "badly damaged" package back from DHL. [This puts the fault on DHL for damaging the package & not returning it to them for 19 days.] I thought this excuse was a little fishy because they [conveniently] received the "badly damaged" package AFTER I had filed the PayPal inquiry.
The seller then offered me a refund & I accepted. It has now been almost 2 weeks since they offered me a refund. Clearly, this seller has no intentions of refunding my money.
I don't understand why they would want to rip me off for a mere $8.85, risk negative feedback, and lose a potential return customer.
