William E. Brown is notorious for intentionally leaving negative feedback against dozens of sellers on eBay and then filing cases with paypal to get his money back simply because he decided he no longer wants to pay for an item.
His feedback history as a sports card collector speaks volumes about his total lack of ethics, dishonesty and downright dirty tactics at getting out of paying for auctions.
His feedback left for others over the years on eBay is proof that he cares little about defamation to the businesses he slanders and libels in the wake of his unethical practices.
People like Mr. Brown should be removed from eBay and banned from bidding. People like Mr. William E. Brown obviously have no business doing business on eBay.
Instead of contacting a seller and at least attempting to resolve an issue Mr. Brown prefers to send threatening emails and immediately file a case with paypal alleging that he has been harmed simply because a seller hasnt responded within days to an email inquiry or if a seller hasnt shipped an item within 3-5 days of an auction ending.
