Ebay seller ems_what, aka eric sear, advertised a box set of DVD's (Sopranos seasons 1-5, NIB), item #140014949775 for $89.95 plus $20 shipping.
I paid via paypal the "buy now" price of $109.95 on August 4th.
I emailed eric sear on August 22nd asking when the item will be shipped. He replied "this week" on August 23rd.
It is now September 15th and he has not shipped the item nor has he answered any subsequent emails concerning the item. I emailed him asking for a refund to be credited to my paypal account. No response.
The feedback on ebay seems to indicate that this seller has repeated this same situation 10 times over as there's 10 negative feedbacks against him concerning non delivery of DVD's to various customers.
I would like to give him the benefit of the doubt (perhaps he had an accident or is ill, who knows?) but at this time the situation is what it is until I hear otherwise.
