Ripoff seller paid with cashiers check never delivered item

I purchased a body kit from this company through eBay on May 2. On May 8, I paid for the item with a cashiers check sent to the seller via FedEx. The seller received the check on May 9 and cashed the check on May 10. The seller, however, did not ship the item.in mid-June, after several weeks passed and the seller refused to respond to numerous inquiries regarding when the item would be delivered, I filed a complaint with eBay and appropriately left negative feedback. The seller retailiated by falsely asserting that I did not pay for the item and leaving negative feedback falsely asserting that I cancelled the order.
