Poor customer service... The worst eve

A month ago i called and signed up for time warne high speed broadband internet. I told the sales agent that i wanted a firm price no bologna just a straight monthly fee with estimated taxes. He told me the monthly service wiuld cost $47.32 plus around $2.19 in taxes. He also mentioned that there would be an install fee of $50. That on the day of install i eould pay the installer $99.51 with a cashiers check or money order and that would cover the first months service and the install fee was obviously a one time fee. So when the guy came i handed him a money order for the above amount. About 3 hours later still no internet i finally told the guy to leave and i would do it myself. When they called and asked me to complete there survey i declined it and attributed it to the poor economy. Not 15 days later i receved a bill saying i was past due on my acount $147. And about 15 days afyer that another saying i was $210 delinquent. After attempting to hash through this scam with i would say around 10 customer service reps. I finally gave up and told them to cancel my acount with wich they replied... Oh we already shut it off this morning. Thats fine by me, but hetes my issue. The one month i had tjem, the service couldnt even support my androids wifi, and i did thr install myself. I want my $99 bucks back.
