In December I ordered two mini-computers for my grandchildren as gifts. After they unwrapped them neither would work. I called about 10 times before finally got in touch with a human.
They advised me how to set these computer up so they would work. They still would not work so I contacted my IT guy and he looked at them and said to send them back as they were junk. I sent them back and now I cannot get my money back or use my credits for something else. Their company policy states you have to return goods within 30 days. How could I return goods when they would not
Answer the phone or my e-mails so I could get a RMA number. Finally they e-mailed me March 1 and said "Due to holiday season and current volume we are experiencing, RMA request are currently being processed electronically to give our customers they best possible level of support." I returned both mini-computes and that was the last I heard from them. I e-mailed them two weeks ago and have heard nothing from them. They owe me around $150.00.
