I purchased a 7" netbook from eGlobal & it arrived without a/c adaptor, no warranty & with a permanent #7 on the screen. I sent it back, after waiting for permission & later, faxing them more information. I paid $127.28 for the netbook on 7/6. I received a refund of $56.46 on 8/11; a difference of $70.82. I called them several times, when I asked to speak to a manager, the CSR hung up on me. I called back & the message told me to leave my name & number & someone would get back to me. I emailed them, twice. I have not received a response as of today, 8/19. I do most of my shopping online as I am disabled & have never been treated so badly. I want my money back.
