On Dec 3rd I ordered a Mini Netbook from EGlobal Wireless. As of Dec. 20th I have not received it. I have called and no one answers, have sent numerous e-mails with no answer, and have tried to "live chat" for over 2 hours but no one ever came on line "all operators are busy". I do not believe they are a real company.
My credit card company did refund my money and now are trying to recoup their loses.
I now have to try and find my 12 year old daughter another gift.
