I ordered 2 mini netbooks, pink and white from eGlobal Electronics for christmas on Dec 7. I heard nothing from them until I placed a call on Dec 19. Only to find out they didn't have any in that color. I was told I would get another color garauntied by Christmas eve and if they wanted to exchange them for the original color we could at no charge. Long story short, On Dec 27 I get a red and white one. The white one had a faulty keyboard and the operating system couldn't handle half of what the kids liked to do online. It was useless. So after being "approved" to get a refund. I pay 12$ to return ship and they expect me to pay a 25% restocking fee. And they processed my payment so late it through my bank account off. These people should not be in business. Do not buy from eGlobal Electronics!
