I would never buy a Dell Computer or anything else again, further more I will spread the word Re. Their business practices, incompanties, and unable to understand their customer services employee's english (I do believe they've done this on purpose) I'll make this short, I purchased a computer in May, it didn't work. Took 2 months to get through to these people it doesn't work and i want a new one, meanwhile i am getting calls from their financial people i need to make a payment. More than once i informed them i wasn't making a payment on a non working computer. Although I thought this was understood.
I finally received a working computer in late july o4. Sent out a payment early August. Now i get a statement with a late charge for not making payments in may and june. Forget talking to anybody that can help you if you did you wouldn't be able to understand them anyway. I tried to get this late charge removed only to find out my account was turned over to collections. I can't seem to fix this no matter how many dell numbers i been told to call! Here's the scoop they expected me to pay for a non working computer, turned me over to collections because i wouldn't. Never again would i or would i allow anyone i know to buy a Dell.
