Ought a Dell computer in December. Was never billed. Got a phone call from collections.
I am never late on anyting... Ever! I have a 34 page perfect credit report to prove it... Except the blemish from Dell Financial.
For someone that just settled a class action suit, they sure seem to be up to the same old tricks.
I was also told that a monthly billing statement was a courtesy and it was my responsibility to hunt them down if they don't send one. I will never own another Dell product as long as I live... And being only 42, I hope that will be a long time!!!
