Thepurenetwork.com defective template software - no support - rip n' run complany

Purchased website template "with 1 year support and upgrades included" June. Soon afterward I tried a couple times to reset my password to website forums. I didn't receive any email resets. Emails to admin address have gone unanswered. I checked with my ISP and there are no issues with my email account. Recently they blocked my IP address to their website. They took my money and sold me defective website template software.
