I purchased and downloaded two website (1800 & 1552) from www.myfreetemplatehome.com. (And BTW, they are not really free but that is another story.) I unzipped the files and neither had instructions on how to modify the pages. For example: the blog 1800 should have had an interface to enter daily journal items; the 1552 should have an easy edit for each section (about us, contact, etc.).
I asked their support where the guide and remaining interfaces where. And said that if this is not a full site then this is not what I need and please refund my money and I will delete the files since they would not be of use to me.
They refused.
We have gone back and forth with several emails and proved that their site lists multiple applications that can modify the websites including FrontPage 2003. It does not state "AND FrontPage 2003". The implication is either/or, not all of the above. It does not say that Flash is required.
Also, I have used others site templates that provide a method to modify the Flash content without using Flash. I also went back to their home page and there is no FAQ (as they claimed in emails back to me), it may be "buried" somewhere else.
Save your time and money: Do not buy from this disputable and unconcerned rip-off company.
