Ripoff dishonest fradulent billing

I had bought a new computer from Dell and they gave me a free 6 month membership with aol. After the 6 months was up I called to canceal I am not a huge fan of AOL internet service. I get a hold of one operator that says well I will give you one more month and If I choose I can get the service for 17.95 a month. Well a few days later I get a letter in the mail thanking me for continuing my service and That I agreed to a year membership of 17.95 a month and I will be billed in a few days I call back to AOL and got another operator who wouldn't listen to me for nothing and didn't get nothing taken care of.

I called a third time and asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that the supervisors were busy and didn't have the time to speak to a customer. I finely get a supervisor who was nice and cancealed my member ship and refuned my Money. And said that he could set me up with a Netscape account all I had to do was download the software from the sight and I would have nothing to do form there it would be taken care of. I told him that i didn't want Netscape because it was still part of AOl. But I get a letter today saying that they were happy to sign me up for a year membership and I will be billed 17.95 for Septemeber. Well I again call Aol and find that my membership was cancealed but I agreed to a Netscape account from the AOL supervisor. I am so fed up with this company. I truly hate dealing with aol.
