Amazon, like ebay, has procedures in place that obfuscate any attempt at recovering money for purchases from their unscrupulous sellers. When an item is not received, and seller refuses to respond to any follow up inquiries... And way over due. Amazon summarily takes seller bogus shipping as proof they shipped and thus "blames the victim" IE the purchaser if item never arrives.
