On June 8th, I submitted an order for product which totaled $109.00. I was billed and received an invoice/confirmation that same day via email. On June 18th, I sent an email asking for status on my order and someone named Jason Smith replied, stating he was the owner. I had to give the date and order number and he replied back saying he found the order and was working on tracking. The was the last I heard from him. I sent another email on June 21st stating I have lost patience and want some resoulution and he has not responded.
