I placed an order for Trend Micro Internet Security the beginning of June (I think June 2) and my card was charged on June 3. On June 5th I received an email that my order was backorded. I waited a couple weeks and heard and received nothing.
Since then I have written an email and called numerous times. My email was not responded to and the phone just keeps ringing and ringing. I wish I had looked at this site first. At least all I lost was about $35, which I won't get back because I used my bank card.
All I can do is keep calling and hope someone picks up and gives me my money back (or the software because that's all I really want).
