I went online to cancelled my order and get a rma number so that I could return the product.instead it put in for more when I hit cancell order and I did not want that to happen. When I tryed to go back into my account and cancel the product again It would not let me there was no place I could do so.

When I went to my email I found and email stating that they could not send any refill at this time the were behind. I did not order any product so how would they send me an email stating this. It is a set up to get people trapped into more product. I replied to email and told them I did not order nor do I want any product and expect a email with a rma number to return said product and not any charges to my account and to return my money back. I have not heard andthing. Be careful of this company. I think it is not what they say it is.
