I ordered product from http://www.demeteronline.com on 8/02; my Visa was charged by MyPaySystems http://www.mypaysystems.com on 8/06.
Http://www.demeteronline.com states that orders will be processed within 48 hours; as of 8/19 order status is still "processing, " even though my Visa has been charged; I have not yet received the product I ordered.
After 14 days, I called DemeterOnline "customer service" three times over the course of the next 5 days. It is just an answering machine. I left messages, but have not yet received a reply.
Also after the 14 days, I submitted two on-line inquiries via DemeterOnline's Web site over the course of the next 5 days. I have not yet received a reply to those either.
The "customer service" number 800-978-1179 and on-line contact form can be found at http://www.demeteronline.com/helpdesk/contactus.htm.
I also found a number on this Web site http://store. Yahoo.com/demeter/info.html which states you can get more information about Demeter. But you can't, because that number is NOT Demeter, it is a call center that has very limited info (unless you want to order). The person at that number told me Freedom Marketing Group processed the orders for DemeterOnline.com.
Freedom Marketing Group 516.487.5187 denied that they processed the orders for DemeterOnline.com. She said that they process orders for Demeter through FashionPlanet.com. She told me the only information she had about DemeterOnline.com was that Debrah Macy owned it and she could be reached at debrah. [email protected].
Lastly, I did a who-is on the domain name and that returned this information for the administrative contact: DemeterOnline.com

That is actually the number of a real estate company. No one there admits to knowing anything about DemeterOnline.com or about anyone named Debrah Macy.
So, I'm out my money; didn't get the product I received; and have exhausted every avenue I can think of to contact them about my order.
Don't purchase anything from DemeterOnline.com!
