I received my Qwest phone bill today and found a $40.00 charge for a call I nor anyone from my household placed to FAQ900. ComZZ. I called the phone company and they assured me that the call was placed from my phone to download software, however, no one in my household made the call.
Furthermore, when investigating the internet site online, found that the site does not exist and several other individuals have had similar experiences with this site. Somehow, while my computer was online, this company has accessed my phone line and illegally used it to create this charge.
The phone number listed for this site was listed on my phone bill. (900) 444-0324. I will pursue this matter; I will not pay for this illegal charge.
