In March I paid Mr. Joe Richey of SwapSellTrade.com (and Wholesalebible.com) $500 as his commission to join 1StepSystem.com, with him as my sponsor. At the same time I paid 1StepSystem (1SS) $97. Before the 30 day refund policy expired, I requested a $97 refund from 1SS and received it from them. Then I requested the $500 refund from Mr. Richey, more than once, under the terms of the 30 refund policy. He did NOT respond with a refund. I Then contacted 1SS several times through their "HelpDesk". 1SS told Mr. Richey, more than once, to refund the $500.1StepSystem, then told Mr. Richey if he did not refund me, that they would suspend and terminate his membership.
On May 15, Mr. Richey was then suspended and terminated, and 1SS emailed me, "there was nothing else they could do for me".
I contacted Mr. Richey, by email and by fax at least 8 times, with no $500 refund made to me. I even offered to take my $500 as product purchases from him, but he didnot respond. Now, I want my $500, my offer of product no longer is valid. Show Me The MONEY.
